Synopsis
Charles, a retiree, gets a new lease on life when he answers an ad from a private detective and becomes the mole in an undercover investigation at a retirement home. Based on the Chilean documentary “El Agente Topo”.
These actors only get better with age and they are wonderfully cast in this sweet comedy series!
I’m 67 and it was amazing to see so many of our generation of actors and their great comedic styles. The script gets a little lost trying to solve the mystery and gets more in depth with the character stories.
It really isn’t a mystery
That’s okay because halfway through you have a pretty good idea who the culprit is. You don’t mind that it’s not really a mystery because you’re just having fun watching these golden oldies work and show off their stuff.

Just a tribute to how brave you have to be as a senior citizen and still be active and feel in our youth-oriented society. What a sweet tribute to those who supported us and helped us navigate the minefields of aging this series has been.
