Synopsis
Two girls go missing. The police recruit Paul Chartier, who joins an undercover unit that tracks a sex offender. After the operation falters, Chartier tracks the perpetrators independently, disillusioned by legal restrictions. Features Nosferatu, a Covenant of Terror (19222υ). So I watched it in French with Dutch subtitles. I don’t understand French and my Dutch is clearly not good enough for these topics. I also don’t know much about pedophiles and the Belgian police system that happened in the 90s. Is it a good movie? Not for me. It seemed like a movie that followed some kind of police officer who had investigated a case of missing children. He looks young and has a good memory, as he remembered 21 license plates after an incident with another police department. Although he is quite emotional and loses his patience a lot. All the characters seem pretty incompetent to me.
